Watch: 22 Students, Three Teachers Fall Ill After Breakfast At KGBV In Medak

Medak/Hyderabad, Feb 20 (Maxim News): At least 22 students and three teachers fell ill after having breakfast at the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) in Regode mandal headquarters on Friday.

The 22 girl students started suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea just an hour after being served breakfast. The three teachers, who also had breakfast at the school, complained of similar symptoms.

They were rushed to the area hospital in Regode, where they were administered saline, and doctors were closely monitoring their health condition while providing necessary treatment..

Students and parents accused the KGBV management of serving poor-quality food to the inmates and demanded serious action against those responsible for Friday’s incident.
