WATCH | Train Derails Near Residential Colony In Delhi, 10 Wagons Overturn

At least eight wagons of a goods train derailed in Delhi’s Zakhira on Saturday. The incident happened near the Zakhira flyover, in Chara Mandi.

A team of railway officials and a fire brigade rushed to the spot as soon as they received the information about the incident.

A video from the accident spot showed derailed bogies on the railway track.

According to the details, the goods train was carrying iron sheets at the time of the accident.

Railways said the possibility of casualties in the incident was not ruled out.

A rescue operation on the tracks was underway.
