Revanth Reddy today participated in the launch of a common diet plan for students in hostels and gurukuls in Chilkur in Rangareddy district.  Speaking on this occasion, CM Revanth said, “We are giving a new diet plan to students in Gurukuls. The common diet plan has been started in hostels and gurukuls.  The mess menu will include breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. We have decided to provide eggs for five days a week.

There are 26 thousand government schools and residential schools in Telangana. We are bringing about changes in the Gurukuls. We will raise the standards of education in residential schools. There was a misconception that only private schools could make you successful. Residential schools mean multi-talented. If 11 lakh students are studying in 26 thousand government schools, why are 33 lakh students studying in private schools? Why are multi-talented students not coming from government schools? Government teachers should think about why this is happening. Investment in education is an investment for the future.
