“We Are Lagging Behind In Eco-Tourism And Temple Tourism” ‘Eco Tourism Policy Soon: CM Revanth

Shankarpally/Hyderabad, Jan 28 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy assured that eco-tourism, temple tourism, and health tourism have lagged in our state and that an eco-tourism policy will be introduced in the coming days. He opined that many diseases can be cured with the natural resources available here and if a problem like TB arises, the disease can be cured if left here for two to three months.

Inaugurating the Exporium Eco-Friendly Park set up in Proddatur village of Shankarpally mandal on Chilkur Balaji Temple Road, Ramdev Rao set up the Exporium Park with 25,000 plants from 85 countries on 150 acres. CM Revanth visited the Emporium Park along with film actor Chiranjeevi. The Chief Minister congratulated the Emporium Park Chairman Ramdev Rao for setting up the Eco-Friendly Park with plants worth crores of rupees. The Eco-Friendly Park has been set up with plants worth a total of Rs. 150 crore. sculptures, and trees, the total value of the sculptures in the park is over Rs. 15 crore.

CM Revanth Reddy congratulated Ramdev Rao wholeheartedly and said that the Vikarabad area will soon be fully developed with eco-tourism. He said that more such parks will be established as part of the eco-tourism policy. The CM praised Ramayya for coming from an agricultural family and receiving the Padma Shri award from the Center. He said that the government will give due recognition to those who work. Revanth Reddy said that the government is planning to bring a program where every student should plant a sapling in the name of his mother in the school.

The Chief Minister said that the temple tourism and eco-tourism that Telangana should have received did not come and that temple tourism would bring fame to the state along with income. He reminded that due to the lack of temple tourism, they are going to other places, and if they want to do auspicious works, they are doing it in places like Rajasthan. The Chief Minister commented that the state governments till now have not focused on temple tourism, world-famous places in the state have not come to light, and they have not received the importance they deserve.  (Maxim News)
