Hyderabad, Nov.29 (Maxim News): Union Home Minister Amit shah today said that they were not scared of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. He claimed that CM KCR had lost seats in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections by making similar comments. He made these remarks while addressing media persons at state party office.
Speaking on the occasion, he claimed that the people of Hyderabad was in favour of the BJP and added that they would for the party in the upcoming elections. He said that the support of the people was giving him in indication that the party would Grab the mayor’s post in the upcoming elections. He claimed that no communal riots took place in any of the local body ruled by the BJP in the country while calling it as their record. Shah went on to also claim that the central government had come to the rescue of Hyderabad after the recent floods. However he did not give any figures to reveal the exact amount of financial assistance extended by the center to the centre.
The Union Minister went on to claim that the party workers had extended support to the flood victims and claimed that the ruling TRS party and its ally MIM didn’t do anything to help the victims. He asked CM KCR and MIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi as to where they were after the floods. He promised to transform Hyderabad into a flood free city and world class global city if it won in the GHMC elections. He said that they were not contesting the elections to win the Corporators seat but to win the mayor’s post . He also said that they would make the city free of nizam culture.
Shah said that the country was progressing in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Targeting CM KCR , he demanded the CM to come out of his farm house and added that the CM was nowhere to be seen after the floods .However shah did not talk about the reasons behind his non visit to Hyderabad after the unprecedented floods.
