What Officials Doing When School Children Eats Rice With Stones?: Bandi Sanjay

Sircilla/Hyderabad, Sept 19 (Maxim News): Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Bandi Sanjay has asked the concerned officials, what they will do when their children eat the rice having stones in it.

The Union Minister visited Ekalavya Model School in Konaraopet mandal of Rajanna Sircilla District. He went into the classroom and talked to the students. They were asked what they wanted to be in the future. The problem was explained to the minister that the students were getting stones in their rice and they were facing problems due to lack of toilets.

Later, a meeting was held with the officers and teachers. He said that the students are saying that stones are coming out of the rice they are eating, He asked the officials whether we should feed our children like this. He expressed his anger saying that he does not care if there is no water in the toilet. He said that he is saying this greatly because he came for the first time, but it won’t be like this the second time.

Later, he laid the foundation stone for the construction of toilets and spoke. He said that as per Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s orders, every MP is visiting the Ekalavya school under his jurisdiction and getting to know the problem. In 2018-19, the Center decided to grant Ekalavya schools in SC and ST blocks, which constitute 50 percent of tribal across the country.  he said that in 2022 block with 20 percent of the population has also been sanctioned in Ekalavya school.  he said that 728 schools have been started across the country.  So far, education is continuing in 410 schools and more than 1.20 lakh students are studying.  He said that Rs. 38 crores are being spent on building constructions and Rs. 48 crores are being spent on Naxal-affected areas.  He said that 8,300 students are studying in 23 Ekalavya schools in Telangana.  he said that Prime Minister Modi’s government aspires to train students from tribal areas to bring out their talent and take them to a higher level.  (Maxim News)
