Revanth Reddy also approached the Green Tribunal on this issue. With this, KTR’s farmhouse is going to be demolished on social media. In this context, BRS leader Pradeep Reddy approached the High Court. He stated in the petition that his Janwada farmhouse should not be demolished.

He included the State Government, HYDRA Commissioner, Lake Protection Committee members, Shankar Palli Tehsildar, and Rangareddy Collector as respondents. He stated in his petition that he does not have a farmhouse or farm. However, the High Court, which heard the petition, ordered the demolition not to be done until tomorrow. Adjourned further hearing till 2.15 pm. On this occasion, HYDRA questioned the government about the procedures.

HYDRA Not Under Scope of G.O 111

On this occasion, the Advocate General told the court that HYDRA does not come under the scope of G.O 111.
