Why Revanth Not Writing To Centre For CBI Inquiry On Kaleshwaram Scam?: Kishan

Hyderabad, Jan 2 (Maxim News): Telangana State BJP President and Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy expressed surprise that the Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is not writing to the Central government asking for CBI inquiry on the irregularities of Kaleswaram project. He questioned whether the Congress and BRS had reached an understanding mediated by the MIM.

Speaking to the press persons at the Party headquarter today, Kishan Reddy said that the people of the state have voted to the Congress against the misrule and irregularities committed by the previous KCR government and its family rule, not because of love for the congress party.

Kishan Reddy alleged that the Revanth Reddy government does not have full majority, that is why it has entered into an understanding with the BRS.  He criticized that an understanding was reached between the former CM and the Present CM with the mediation of AIMIM. Congress, MIM and BRS have come to an agreement and three parties are one.

He criticized that that the Congress government for protecting former CM KCR in the Kaleswaram case. He asked why the Congress government is not writing a letter to the Center asking for an inquiry into Kaleshwaram.  He alleged that the Congress government is acting to benefit KCR in the name of judicial inquiry.

Kishan Reddy made serious comments saying that no land tests were done before the construction of the Kaleshwaram project. Even the Congress government would keep this matter a secret.

He pointed out that the KCR government did not agree to the CBI inquiry into the corruption in the state of Telangana. The CBI was not allowed to enter the state.  Now the new Congress government is repeating the same and not agreeing for the CBI inquiry, he alleged.  (Maxim News)
