Wife Cremated Her Husband At Home

Kurnool/Hyderabad, May 30 (Maxim News) Wife cremated her husband at home. This shameful incident took place on may 29 in pattikonda town of Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh.

The woman told the police that her two sons were not paying attention to them. She had cremated her husband at home fearing that the two sons would come and fight over the property if they got to know the news of their father’s death.

Harikrishna Prasad (60), who runs a pharmacy in the town and Lalitha have two sons. While the elder son works in a private hospital in Kurnool, the younger son is settled in Canada.

However, it is not known what happened, but on Monday, the neighbours informed the police as smoke was coming from the house. When the police reached there, the woman said that her husband had been cremated at home.

Lalita said that her sons are not taking care of their well being. They are coming home only to seek a share in the property. She told her husband that if she tells them the news of their father’s death, they would come home and fight over the property, that is the reason she has cremated her husband at home.

When the police interrogated the woman, they suspected that she was not in a good mental state. The police have registered a case and are investigating. (Maxim News)
