Workshop On ‘Youth As Torch Bearers Of Business Oriented Agriculture’

Hyderabad, Oct.19 (Maxim News): Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) is organizing a two-day regional workshop on “Youth as Torch Bearers of Business Oriented Agriculture in South India” at its auditorium on October 21 and 22.

PJTSAU is hosting the workshop in collaboration with TAAS (Trust for Advancement of Agricultural Sciences), APAARI (Asia-Pacific Association of Agricultural Research Institutions) and ICAR-NAARM with the aim of motivating and attracting youth to agriculture especially through agri-entrepreneurship. Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan will inaugurate the event.

Experts will be giving presentations on various aspects of agriculture and attracting youth towards it. About 400 graduates in agriculture, business organizations concerned with agriculture will be participating in it. (Maxim News)
