World Wetlands Day celebrated at Nehru Zoological Park

Hyderabad, Feb 2 (Maxim News): World Wetlands Day celebrated at Nehru zoological park, Hyderabad to promote the importance of wetlands and education in children drawing and essay writing competitions were conducted to the children, about Five schools and individuals who were among the visitors participated in the competitions here on Thursday.

About 120 students participated in the above said competitions. Ms. Shivani Dogra, Curator, Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad, distributed the consolation prizes and prizes to the winners.

Speaking on the occasion Ms. Shivani Dogra, Curator, Nehru Zoological Park, said that Nehru Zoological Park is in the fore front in promoting the wildlife awareness programmes and thanked all the participants for participating in the competitions and making this programme successful.

She congratulated to all the winners who won the prizes in the competitions. (Maxim News)
