Hyderabad, August 8, 2024 – The Young FICCI Ladies Organization (YFLO) Hyderabad Chapter is set to organize an innovative session titled “Balance & Bliss: Integrating Beauty & Wellness” on August 13th at The Park Hotel, Somajiguda.

This unique event will feature an esteemed panel of experts, including Mira Rajput Kapoor, Co-founder of Akind Beauty; Vasudha Rai, an Author, Podcaster, and Columnist specializing in Beauty & Wellness; and Dr. Pooja Talera, an Aesthetic Physician and Director of KOSA Wellbeing.

Ridhi Jain, Chairperson of YFLO Hyderabad, highlighted the session’s focus, stating, “While beauty traditionally emphasizes external appearance through practices like makeup, hairstyling, and skincare, wellness is a more holistic concept that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In today’s fast-paced world, achieving a balance between these aspects can be challenging. Meet the Panelists

  • Mira Rajput Kapoor is not only the wife of Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor but also the Co-founder of Akind, a skincare brand dedicated to holistic beauty.
  • Vasudha Rai has been a prominent voice in the beauty and wellness industry for over two decades. She is the author of the bestseller Glow: Indian Foods, Recipes, and Rituals for Beauty, Inside and Out, which has revived the use of traditional ingredients in daily life. Rai is also a certified yoga teacher.
  • Dr. Pooja Shah Talera is a highly experienced aesthetic physician with over 13 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. A graduate in medicine and a diploma holder in Practical Dermatology, Dr. Talera was educated and trained in Singapore and now practices in Pune.
