Yogi awards 10 meritorious UP Board students of class 10, 12

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today congratulated the successful students who had cleared the X and XII examinations of the UP Secondary Education Board and announced to honour the first 10 meritorious students with cash awards.

In a statement here, Mr Adityanath said the girls have again fared well than the boys and it shows that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ has gained popularity among the people.

Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Siksha Parishad today announced the results of the Xth and XIIth boards, where the pass percentage dropped by 5 to 6 per cent this year, with girls again topping the scorecard.
