119 Candidates In Fray In Huzurnagar Assembly By-Poll

Hyderabad, Sept.30 (Maxim News): On the last day of filing nominations in Huzurnagar Assembly by-poll on Monday, a total of 119 candidates filed papers making it a tough competition.

TRS candidate Saidi Reddy filed nomination on the last day. Election officer informed that in all 119 persons filed nominations. Scrutiny will be held on Tuesday and withdrawals will be made on October 3, he said. The election will be held on October 21 and results will be announced on October 24 after counting of votes.

Congress candidate Padmavathi Reddy, former MLA and wife of TPCC president N Uttam Kumar Reddy, TDP’s Kiranmayi, BJP’s K Rama Rao, some village sarpanches are in the fray. (Maxim News)
