14 bedded Dialysis Centre offering services at subsidised dialyses services inaugurated

Hyderabad: Rotary Club of Jubilee Hills and Veljan Group of Companies have set up a State-of-the-Art Dialysis Centre with 14 Dialysis machines at Punjagutta Saibaba Speciality Hospital, located at Narsingi, Hyderabad

The centre is set up at an investment of Rs 1.30crore.

The centre offers dialyses at subsidised prices of Rs 500/- per session as against Rs 3000/- being charged in private hospitals. The white ration card holders and aarogyashree cardholders will get free dialyses.

Named as Rotary Club of Jubilee Hills-Veljan Dialysis Centre, two hundred patients per month will get benefitted. The Dialysis Centre will be fully functional in a fortnight.

Suresh Guptha thanked VC Janardhan Rao, CMD of Veljan group for his generous contribution of 1.3Cr for the centre and re-affirmed the commitment of Rotary International towards Disease Prevention & Treatment at affordable cost across the world.

Sri Chidipothu Basavayya, Secretary, Shri Shirdi Sai Prem Samaj informed that this Centre will facilitate affordable and easily accessible, and inexpensive life support and extension for the patients suffering from ‘End Stage or Chronic Renal Disease’.
