153 Lakh Metric Tonnes Of Grain Produced Without Kaleshwaram Water: Uttam Kumar Reddy

Kodada/Hyderabad, Dec 2 (Maxim News): Minister for Irrigation, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that without Kaleshwaram water, a lot of paddy has been cultivated in Telangana. He said that 153 lakh metric tons of grain have been cultivated in the state. He said that the Congress party has remained friendly to the farmers.

Uttam Kumar Reddy said that hostel mess and diet charges have been increased. He said that 50,0000 jobs have been filled within a year. He said that development works of Rs. 400 crores have been initiated for Kodada in a year. Uttam said that farmers’ Rythu Bharosa scheme will be assured after Sankranti.

Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy and Kodad MLA Uttam Padmavathi laid foundation stones for development works worth more than 100 crores across the Kadad constituency. Suryapet District Collector Tejas Nandalal Pawar and former MLA Venepalli Chandra Rao participated. (Maxim News)
