1,835 New Treatments Under Aarogyasri
Hyderabad, March 19 (Maxim News): Revanth Sarkar has given good news to the poor in the Telangana budget. Deputy CM and Finance Minister Bhatti Vikramarka revealed that the government has increased the scope of Arogyasri from Rs. 5 lakh to Rs. 10 lakh. In addition, it was revealed that 1,835 new treatments have been included in Arogyasri.
It was also revealed that the cost of Arogyasri packages has increased by 20 percent. The government has allocated Rs. 1,143 crore for the Rajiv Arogyasri scheme in this budget. With this decision taken by the government, 90 lakh poor families will benefit from Arogyasri. The government has allocated Rs. 12,393 crore in the budget for the medical sector. huge funds have also been allocated for medical colleges. (Maxim News)
