Hyderabad, Dec.16 (Maxim News): Intermediate Board Officials today announced the results of first year students of general and vocational categories who took examinations recently.
According to the officials only 49 percent of students passed in the exams and the girls surpassed the boys as usual. While the girls pass percentage was 56, the boys pass percentage was put at 42, the officials said. A total of 4,59,242 students appeared in the examinations for the first year and only 2,24,012 passed with only 49 percent passing. The officials said that the students can opt for revaluation and recounting till December 22.
They informed that the students can see their results on website tsbie.cgg.gov.in. The results can also be seen in http://results.cgg.gov.in http://examresults.ts.nic.in and the students can find the marks on December 17 after 5 pm on the websites. The board officials said that Rs 100 for recounting and Rs 600 for verification of each paper will be collected from the students.
The Inter board officials said that due to the Corona pandemic and its effect the students took the exams in less numbers. So results came in less in number, they said. The board also said that the students can bring any discrepancies in the memorandums to the notice by December 31 from the principles of respective colleges. (Maxim News)
