Telangana: Half-Day Schools From March 15
Hyderabad, Mar 14 (Maxim News): The director of School Education has informed all the concerned officials that half-day schools will be commenced from March 15 till the last working day of April 24 of the academic year – 2022-23.
All the primary, upper primary, and high schools under all managements, government-aided and private management shall function from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm and mid-day meals shall be provided at 12.30 pm. The special classes shall continue for preparing Class X students for the SSC Public Examination. The schools which have SSC Examination Centres shall function from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
Officers in the state are directed to communicate the said orders to the schools functioning under all managements and monitor the implementation. (Maxim News)
