Ladies Circle Charities: Science Lab Equipment and Exam Kits donated by SLC-17 and SRT-33

Hyderabad, March 17, 2023: Secunderabad Ladies Circle-17(SLC-17), a ladies’ wing of Round Table India and part of Ladies Circle India (AREA9) has done two charity activities in the city today.

It donated “The Science Lab Equipment” to the students of ZPHS Jeedimetla, a Government School worth Rs, 29000.

The other charity was the donation of Exam Kits to the same school. This project is worth Rs 16800/-. The project is sponsored by American Venture, the USA

To motivate 10th-class students for board exams SRT33 & SLC17 both organizations together donated Exam kits which contain an ExamPad, Geometry Box, Pens Set, Sketch pens, Pencils, and Ruler, etc

Speaking on the occasion Anchal Khullar told students to get involved as much as they in their studies and it will always give back to them.

Ladies Circle India focuses on education, women empowerment, vocational training, health, and sanitation. We undertake the construction and refurbishment of classrooms in government schools, and schools catering to underprivileged children and even construct our own trust schools in areas where there are no school facilities.

Ladies Circle is a social networking organization for young women aged between 18 and 40, founded in 1932. It aims to promote friendship through social contact at local, national, and international levels and to be of service to the community. Ladies’ Circle works very closely with Round Table on many issues. It is spread across the world.

Today it is presented by approximately 13,000 members, in 36 countries across continents. India has 159 circles and 2001 members. Area 9 which covers Hyderabad, has 16 circles and 320 members.

The Science Lab Project, as well as Exam Kit Donation, were executed in the presence of SLC17 Chairperson Mamta Marwah; Secretary, Bhavana Vemuri; Chief Guests: Ladies Circle India’s National President of Anchal Khullar; National Secretary, Shisham Sabharwal; Area9 Chairperson Vimala Velagapudi and Area Secretary & Treasurer Nimisha Dugar.
