Farmer Committed Suicide Due To Debt

Jagtiyal/Hyderabad, March 26 (Maxim News):  A farmer committed suicide due to debt in the Jagityala district.  A farmer named Porandla Rajanna (59) of Mogilipet village of Mallapur Mandal committed suicide by drinking pesticide at his crop field. 

His family members say that he committed suicide because he could not pay the debts for the marriages of his two daughters.  He said that even after selling the existing agricultural land, he was depressed as the debts for his children’s marriage were not fully paid off.  The family members are in tears.  The police reached the spot and registered a case and are investigating.  (Maxim News)
