BJP Leader To Join Congress In Presence Of Priyanka Gandhi
Adilabad/Hyderabad, May 8 (Maxim News): BJP suffered a setback in the Adilabad district. The senior leader of that party Kandi Srinivas Reddy will join the Congress. The party scarf will be worn in the presence of AICC General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi.
Srinivasa Reddy met TPCC President Revanth Reddy two days ago. Srinivas Reddy says that on Revanth Reddy’s assurance that he will have a future if he joins Congress. He will join the Congress party in the meeting at Saroor Nagar.
Srinivas Reddy has been associated with the Sangh Parivar since his childhood. He entered direct politics with those connections. Srinivas Reddy joined BJP two years ago. He hoped that the Adilabad BJP ticket did not get proper assurance from the leadership. He is somewhat unhappy with this. On the other hand, the Congress, which is waiting for strong leadership in the Adilabad constituency, has consulted with Srinivas Reddy. Revanth Reddy himself entered the field. (Maxim News)
