Sarath Chandra Reddy Granted Bail In The Delhi Liquor Scam

Delhi/Hyderabad, May 8 (Maxim News): Sarath Chandra Reddy, director of Aurobindo Pharma Company, who is involved in the Delhi Liquor Scam granted regular bail on the grounds of ill health.

The Rouse Avenue Court, which previously granted interim bail to Sarath Chandra Reddy with several conditions imposed on him, the court ordered Sarath Chandra Reddy to submit a personal guarantee of Rs. 2 lakhs, it has been stipulated that he should not go beyond Hyderabad except for treatment and should not leave the country under any circumstances.

It is said that the mobile phone should always be kept near and the location should be turned on. It has been clarified that threatening witnesses and erasing evidence should not be done, not to engage in any criminal activities. It is known that he was ordered to surrender in front of the Tihar Jail superintendent before the last day of bail expiry. (Maxim News)
