Revanth Reddy Reacts To The Karnataka Election Results

Hyderabad, May 13: The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Chief, Revanth Reddy reacted to the Congress party’s victory in the Karnataka elections.

Speaking to the media, Revanth Reddy stated that he had previously predicted the Congress party would win 125 seats in the polls, and added that he would wait for the final announcement of the results by the election officials.

Responding to a question, Revanth Reddy accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of using defection as a political tactic to gain power, claiming that the BJP had formed the government in nine states through defection.

When asked whether the credit for Congress’ potential victory should go to Priyanka Gandhi or Rahul Gandhi, Revanth Reddy said that the credit belongs to the Congress party as a whole. The counting of votes for the Karnataka Assembly elections began on Saturday, with the Congress party leading in 114 seats, one seat ahead of the magic figure of 113.
