Enthusiastic Response to Rajiv Gandhi Youth Online Quiz Sweeps Telangana

Hyderabad, June 5: The Rajiv Gandhi Youth Online Quiz, organized by the Congress party, has garnered an overwhelming and enthusiastic response from the youth across the state of Telangana.

Dr. Ch Rohin Reddy, President of the Khairtabad District Congress Committee (DCC), highlighted that the primary objective of the competition is to stimulate the latent intellectual knowledge and capabilities of Telangana’s youth. This initiative is a continuation of the Hyderabad Youth Declaration, which was announced in the presence of Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi.

“The quiz competition is thoughtfully designed to recognize and enhance the intellectual potential of young individuals, expanding their general knowledge. It aims to inspire participants to think beyond the boundaries of conventional education systems, fostering a deeper understanding of Indian history, Telangana history, and the Telangana movement. The competition will be held statewide, with prize winners selected on a constituency basis,” said Dr. Rohin Reddy in a media statement on Monday.

The unveiling of the Rajiv Gandhi Youth Online Quiz poster took place on May 12 at the Gandhi Ideology Center in Hyderabad. The event was graced by the presence of AICC Telangana Incharge Manikrao Thakre, TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy, and other esteemed leaders. Rahul Sipligunj, the singer behind the Oscar-winning song “Natu Natu,” was also present.

Prominent figures from the entertainment industry have expressed their support for the competition, encouraging the young generation to actively participate. Renowned film producer Bandla Ganesh, in a Tweet, extended an invitation to individuals aged 16 to 35 from Telangana to partake in the online quiz competition. The participants stand a chance to win exciting prizes such as a laptop, tablet, and electric scooter. Ganesh further shared a video featuring himself and Dr. Rohin Reddy, appealing to the youth to join the competition.

Individuals interested in participating can simply give a missed call to 7661899899. In each constituency, three individuals will be awarded the top three prizes, with a laptop as the first prize, followed by a smartphone and a tablet. The deadline for submissions has been extended until June 17th and exam will be on June 18th and the prize distribution ceremony is scheduled for June 19. (Maxim News)
