CM KCR Is A Political Gambler: Revanth Reddy
Hyderabad, June 6 (Maxim News): TPCC Chief Revanth Reddy alleged that the KCR government in the state has violated the rules and allotted land to the Sindhu Foundation of BRS Rajya Sabha member and hetero Chairman Parthasarathi Reddy.
He said that CM KCR sees the lands in the state as a source of income. He commented that KCR has looted money of at least one lakh crore rupees. He commented that whenever an election comes (by-elections, assembly elections), they are thinking of buying public verdict by spending hundreds of crores and KCR has no idea to save the spirit of democracy.
Revanth Reddy commented that CM KCR’s idea is to rule the country’s politics by committing land robbery and earning one lakh crore of rupees. He was accused of distributing Nizam’s lands and other important lands around Greater Hyderabad to his followers. hetero Chairman Parthasarathi Reddy is KCR’s closest disciple, he is already facing ED and IT cases, Revanth Reddy accused Parthasarathi Reddy of illegally selling remedies and injections at the price of Rs. 30,000 to Rs, 50,000 during the Corona crisis.
“In 2014, Parthasarathi Reddy founded the Sai Sindhu Foundation and then applied for land from the government saying that he would undertake the construction of a cancer hospital. In 2016, the state government allotted 15 acres of land in Kokapet, on that day itself the Chief Secretary said 10 acres would be enough, but CM KCR allotted 15 acres of land. The officials who had to calculate 1500 crores for 15 acres of land reduced it to Rs. 505 crores under the pressure of the government.
According to G.O 570, if we consider only Rs. 505 crores, Rs. 50.50 crores should be collected every year. But CM KCR allotted 15 acres and gave it on rent for Rs. 1,47,743. It was also leased for 60 years. That means the value of the second coming in 60 years is only Rs. 1.40 crore. According to the report given by government officials, Rs. 5,346 crores should come in 60 years.
Revanth Reddy said that he will hold a press meeting every day and reveal the details about KCR’s land grab. He said that tomorrow about the land allotted to Yashoda Hospital, he will tell the details about the land allotted to Kurra Srinivas the next day. CM KCR is a political gambler. Revanth Reddy commented that he has set out in the name of BRs to pollute the country’s politics. (Maxim News)
