Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Announces a 12-week Online Meditation Course on Mastery Over Mind

Hyderabad/New Delhi, 4th July 2023: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, one of the top 10 universities in the NIRF rankings 2023, announced the launch online meditation course, “Mastery Over Mind.” The 12-week online meditation program provides participants with valuable insights into managing stress, enhancing mental well-being, and achieving inner peace and harmony through the practice of meditation.

The course consists of three modules, with live interaction sessions and quizzes conducted by experienced mentors after each module.
