High Court Gives Big Shock Minister Srinivas Goud

Hyderabad, July 25 (Maxim News):  The High Court of Telangana has given a big shock to the Minister for Excise and Sports, Srinivas Goud as the Court has rejected the Minister’s plea to dismiss the petition challenging his election.

The petition filed by Mahbubnagar voter Raghavendra Raju against the minister was allowed to be heard.  Raghavendra Raju filed a petition in the High Court alleging that Minister Srinivas Goud submitted false certificates in the election affidavit.  However, Minister Srinivas Goud approached the High Court saying that his petition does not deserve to be heard.

After hearing the arguments of both sides, the High Court rejected the argument of the Minister and allowed Raghavendra Raju’s petition to be heard.  (Maxim News)
