IT Exports Have Increased By 31.4 Percent In 2022-23: Minister KTR

Hyderabad, Aug 4 (Maxim News): Industry Minister KT Rama Rao said that IT exports in the state have increased by 31.4 percent in 2022-23.

Speaking on the floor of the House, KTR said that after the formation of Telangana state, more than 6 lakh IT jobs have been created. He said that land rates are increasing in the state. Land prices have broken records in Kokapet. He said that all this was possible due to a stable government and able leadership. But he expressed anger that the opposition parties are spreading bad propaganda against the state government as if none of this would work.

“some people say that we developed IT in Hyderabad. But we don’t say that. the city got its first IT industry in 1987. Intergraph Company in Begumpet, the first IT building. From then to 2014, IT exports in 27 years were Rs. 56 thousand crores. But last year we achieved exports of 57,707 crores in the IT sector. It happened in 27 years. such results will come if there are efficient and effective governments, Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao showed leadership.

Telangana has 44 percent of the total technology jobs created in the country. the IT industry is expanding to the second-tier cities of the state. Towns and cities should attract industries to grow. International standards should be maintained everywhere, said KTR. (Maxim News)
