YS Sharmila Under House Arrest, Strong Rebuke of KCR Government
YSR Telangana leader, YS Sharmila, was stopped from touring Gajwel constituency in Siddipet district by the police and is now under house arrest at her home, Lotus Pond. This action followed complaints from Tegul villagers in Gajwel Constituency about issues in the Dalit Bandhu program. Sharmila wanted to visit and support them.
Police stated she didn’t have the necessary permission to visit. Many party leaders and supporters are now gathering at her home.
Speaking on the issue, Sharmila accused Chief Minister KCR of trying to hide potential wrongdoings in his constituency. She criticized the police for just following the orders of the KCR government without question.
