Ganja Chocolates | Hyderabad, January 30: Narsinghi, a normally quiet suburb on Hyderabad’s outskirts, erupted in unexpected drama yesterday with the arrest of a Ganja Chocolates peddler.

Excise police acted swiftly, nabbing Soumya Rajan, an Odia man, near the Kokapet area under the Narsinghi police station‘s watch.
