Free Electricity Worth Rs. 1000 To Each House: Ponnam Prabhakar
Hyderabad, March 3 (Maxim News): Minister for B.C. Welfare and Transport, Ponnam Prabhakar launched the Gruha Jyoti scheme in Ameerpet. Meter reading was taken and zero bills were given to women.

Speaking on the occasion, it was revealed that the promises given in the election are being implemented one by none. He said that they are providing free electricity worth Rs. 1000 to each house. He said that the opposition should give constructive suggestions and not to criticise unnecessarily. He said that on 11th of this month they will complete the other promises along with Indiramma houses. Earlier he started Pulse police Program in Chintal Basti.
It is known that CM Revanth Reddy launched the Gruha Jyothi Scheme as part of the six guarantees given during the elections on 27th of last month. Free electricity is being applied to households who have a white ration card and consume 200 units per month. In the zero bill issued, the amount of electricity used is slated. After that, under the Gruha Jyothi Subsidy, the amount is shown as minus and the net bill amount is shown as zero. (Maxim News)
