In a letter to the CEC alleged that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is making provocative speeches continuously against the Model Code of Conduct, the Election Commission is not prompt in taking action this is giving scope for the further violations by the Prime Minister Modi.

He said that yesterday on April 23, Prime Minister Modi once again while speaking at election meetings at Tonk-Sawai in Rajasthan and Shakti district of Chhattisgarh resorted to scathing attacks on the Congress party to malign its image.

He said that PM Modi has blamed that congress wants to cut the reservations of Schedule tribes and Schedule castes to give the same to Muslims. He said that Congress started its pilot project in Andhra Pradesh in 2004 and tried to implement it in 2011 in the entire country. He also said Congress would like to X-Ray your assets and belongings with an intention to distribute among the Muslims. Modi said when they came into power in karnataka, they had abolished the Muslims reservations. Modi further alleged that in Karnataka even listening to the ‘Hanuman Chalisa‘ is a crime. Modi further said if Congress comes to power, they will snatch away the Mangal sutras from the necks of women.
