Telangana Govt. Employees Donated Rs. 100 Cr To Flood Victims

Hyderabad, Sept 3 (Maxim News): Telangana government employees have shown generosity. It is known that the people were overwhelmed by the heavy rains in many parts of the state. Especially in the combined Khammam district.

There is no food to eat, and no water to drink, and the people of many areas are trapped in the flood and are suffocating. The employees who were shocked to see this showed a big heart. The JAC of Telangana Government Employees made a key announcement on Tuesday morning that they are donating one day’s basic pay to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the flood victims. The total donation announced by JAC will be Rs. 100 crores.

Meanwhile, among those who announced donations are employees, gazetted officers, teachers, laborers, contract employees, outsourcing employees, and pensioners. All of them appealed to CM Revanth Reddy to deposit their September salary to the government treasury. To this extent, JAC Chairman V. Lacchi Reddy released a statement.

According to the Joint Action Committee of Employees, there has been a loss of life and property due to heavy rains in Telangana. Lacchi Reddy revealed to the media that the Telangana Employees Joint Action Committee felt it was the biggest disaster after the formation of the new government. Common people, flood victims, and celebrities from various fields are saying Hatap for the generosity of the employees. Under the immediate relief to the flood victims, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy issued orders to the officials to give Rs. 10 thousand. The announcement was made as part of a chit-chat by the Chief Minister, who is touring the flood-affected areas of Khammam for the second day.

Telugu Actor Donates Rs. 50 Lakhs To Both Telugu States

Meanwhile, many common people have become homeless due to the rains in Telugu states. Although the government is helping in their way. It is an impossible situation. In this order, famous people from different fields of cinema, politics, and other fields are announcing donations and saying “We are too“. Already the Head of Vyjayanthi Movies Ashwanidat has announced a donation of Rs. 25 lakh to AP.  After that, Tollywood’s young Jr. NTR donated crores of rupees to the Telugu states. This was announced on Twitter.  “I am deeply moved by the recent floods in two Telugu states due to heavy rains.  I pray to God that Telugu people recover from this calamity as soon as possible.  On my part, I am donating Rs. 50 lakh each to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Governments to help the measures taken by the two Telugu state governments for relief from the flood disaster, NTR announced on Twitter.  On the other hand, Vishwak Sen has donated Rs. 5 lakhs as a donation.  (Maxim News)
