Union Minister Want Police To Be Strict With Terrorists And Anti-Social Forces

Hyderabad, Sept 20 (Maxim News): Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Nityanand Rai attended the 76th batch IPS passing out parade program at the National Police Academy as the chief guest.

On this occasion, the Union Minister received the honor of IPS. Later, Union Minister Nityanand Rai congratulated the trainee IPS who completed the training. He wished all the IPSs who are going to serve the country after completing the rigorous training. “The future of Indian policing depends on you, he said.

The Union Minister wants the police to be strict with terrorists and anti-social forces. He wants the police to be updated with technology in the digital age. Efforts should be made to curb cyber crime which is increasing day by day. He said that cases should be solved quickly through cyber forensic labs. He wants to catch the criminals and ensure that they are punished quickly. It is advised to have a full understanding of the new criminal laws. He praised the police service as great in the time of Covid. Union Minister Nithyananda Rai said that he is confident that the Indian Police Service will be placed at the highest level.

Meanwhile, the passing out parade of the 76th batch of IPS was held in the National Police Academy.  188 trainee IPS are passing out from the Police Academy. Among them, 54 are women IPS. Four trainee IPS have been allotted to AP and four trainee IPS to Telangana.  (Maxim News)
