Another Land Scam Complaint Against IAS Amoy Kumar
Hyderabad, Oct 25 (Maxim News): Another land scam complaint has been registered against IAS Amoy Kumar, the members of the association lodged a complaint at the ED office in Basheer Bagh under the authority of Madhuranagar Colony Plot Owners Association, Tatti Annaram village, Rangareddy district.
The victims filed a complaint under the leadership of Association President L.B Nagar Congress leader Ram Mohan Goud, Vice President of BRS party Malkajgiri contested MP Raghidi Lakshma Reddy.
Amoy Kumar has been accused of destroying lands worth around Rs.1000 crore. It is known that IAS Amoy Kumar has already faced ED investigation in this land scam case.
Amoy Kumar, the former collector of Ranga Reddy district appeared before the ED on Wednesday in the land allotment case that took place during the BRS regime. He went to the ED office in Bashirbagh along with his advocate. A special team led by ED Joint Director Rohit Anand interrogated Amoy Kumar from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm.
The officials inquired about the previous land allocations in Ranga Reddy and Medchal Malkajgiri districts. He was mainly questioned on the 50 acre Bhudan land dispute case under Nagaram Gram Panchayat of Maheshwaram mandal. Amoy Kumar’s statement was recorded based on the land records. He was again ordered to attend the hearing on thursday. (Maxim News)
