Raj Pakala Summoned To Appear Before Police

Hyderabad, Oct 28 (Maxim News): BRS Working President, K.Tarak Rama Rao’s brother-in-law, Raj Pakala has been given notices by the police. Notices were issued under Section 35(3) of BNSS.

The police mentioned in the notice that they had to inquire about the Janwada Rave Party case. They want to appear before them on Monday. Along with the address proofs, he was asked to submit the evidence related to the case.

The notice stated that further action would be taken if the inquiry was not attended. Mokila Inspector issued notices to Raj Pakala stating that failure to attend Mokila PS today would lead to arrest under Sections 35 (3), (4), (5) (6) of BNSS.

Meanwhile, it was revealed that drugs were used in the rave party given by Raj Pakala, which created a stir. Raj Pakala’s close friend and business partner Vijay Madduri took cocaine. Vijay, who was booked first. It is noteworthy that Raj (Rajendra Prasad) said that he had taken the drug only when Pakala gave it to him. Vijay’s testimony will become crucial in this case. The police are investigating how the cocaine got into the party.

The details of the ‘Janwada Farmhouse Party‘ which created a sensation across the state are as follows. Some people from Janwada, Shankarpalli mandal of Rangareddy district, called 100 on Saturday night and complained that some people were having a party in their area with loud noises and causing trouble.

With this, Mokila, Shankarpally, Narsingi, and SWOT police conducted raids on Raj Pakala’s farmhouse in Janwada under the leadership of Narsingi ACP Raman Goud. Foreign liquor and Casino games were seized during police searches. On this occasion, drug tests were conducted for many people. 7.6 liters of foreign liquor, 8.1 liters of IMFL liquor, and 6 liters of beer were seized at the party without permission. 22 men and 16 women participated in the party. When they tried to conduct drug tests on all of them there, the women refused. But drug tests were conducted for all the men and Vijay Madduri got positive. Vijay initially did not cooperate with the urine test. The police were threatened.

Later, the police also conducted urine and blood tests. After finally getting positive, Vijay tried to mislead the police by saying that he had recently returned from abroad and had brought cocaine to India. A positive result in the urine test led to his confession. If drugs are taken, it will be positive in urine test within 24 hours. Beyond that, blood tests are done.

Experts said that the traces of drugs in the nails and hair can last for 3 to 6 months.  After the urine test came back positive, the Mokila police arrested  Vijay and registered a case under the NDPS section.  The details of the rest were taken and left.  (Maxim News)
