Speaking to the media persons today, he said that after completing the works in the villages and waiting for the bills, only Rs. 200 crores were spent and the rest of the funds were diverted. He said that due to the non-payment of those bills, Rs. 600 crore due from the Central government is pending. He said that development in rural areas has been stunted without the release of funds for rural development. He said that the Panchayat secretaries also did the work with their own money under the management of the state government.

He said that the Central government has released Rs. 500 crores as per the recommendation of the 15th Finance Commission. It has released Rs. 300 crores for the National Health Mission. He said that a health center should be constructed for 5-6 hundred people. But under the management of the state government, people are suffering from fever in the villages. He alleged that even though the Central government had released two thousand crore rupees, the Telangana government had diverted it. The Central government needs funds but they are angry that they do not have the heart to name the centre. They said that they would build 3,500 houses for the constituency, but the state government does not have the funds to build them. Those funds are also being collected under the Urban mission. He said that a fight started over who should distribute them. It is said that the funds will be provided through the hands of Congress workers in the villages instead of through the collectors.

He said that the Central government has released Rs. 250 crore to the municipalities for drinking water. “If they take our money and distribute houses without our participation, we will stop them. Indiramma Committees are invalid. Every scheme has the sentimental poverty of naming Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi. We are not against the purification and beautification of Musi. In the name of development, we will oppose if the corporate companies are given the work. Rs. 1500 will be spent to bring water to Musi from Pochamma Sagar Hill. Bringing water from Mallanna Sagar will cost Rs. 7 thousand crore. They say that they will develop a distance of 50 meters from the house where the slums are built. There is suspicion of quid pro quo in the development of Musi.  People taught a lesson to BRS, they were restricted to farmhouses. The Central government will give any amount of funds to the poor. Let’s see if “Kukkathoka’s”  (dog tail) firecrackers will explode or the Sutli bomb will explode. MP Raghunandan Rao revealed that if the corrupt are arrested instead of talking about breaking plates saying that it will explode, this will explode.  (Maxim News)
