Hyderabad, May 22: The Telangana government will make the Telangana Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TG POLYCET) 2026 results available through the MeeSeva WhatsApp service from 11:30 AM on Saturday, May 23.
The initiative has been launched under the leadership of Telangana IT, Electronics and Communications Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu to provide faster, transparent, and citizen friendly digital services to people across the state.
Officials said candidates who have already registered their mobile numbers will receive the TGPOLYCET results directly on their phones through WhatsApp without submitting any separate request.
MeeSeva expands digital governance services
The Telangana government’s MeeSeva platform has been expanding citizen services through the MeeSeva WhatsApp and chatbot facility launched on November 18, 2025. The initiative forms part of the state government’s broader push towards digital governance, paperless administration, and mobile based public services.
The Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) wing of the Telangana government announced that TGPOLYCET results will now be delivered through the official MeeSeva WhatsApp platform to simplify access for students and parents across Telangana.
Officials stated that candidates can instantly receive their results from 11:30 AM onwards through the official MeeSeva Telangana WhatsApp number 8096958096.
The government believes the service will especially benefit students from rural and remote areas by reducing dependence on internet centres, cyber cafés, and physical visits to help desks.
How students will receive TGPOLYCET results
Officials explained that the facility has been designed as an outbound digital service. Therefore, students do not need to send any message or request to obtain their results.
Once the results are officially announced, eligible candidates will automatically receive their score details through WhatsApp on their registered mobile numbers.
The results will be delivered in PDF format, enabling students to instantly view, download, and save them for counselling, admissions, and future academic requirements.
Officials said the digital delivery system would also help avoid website traffic congestion and server related delays that usually occur during major result announcements.
Students and parents have been advised to keep their registered mobile numbers active to ensure smooth delivery of the results. In case of technical issues or non receipt of results, candidates can approach MeeSeva support centres for assistance.
Telangana focuses on technology driven citizen services
The Telangana government has increasingly been integrating educational and examination services into digital platforms as part of its technology driven governance strategy.
Officials said initiatives such as MeeSeva WhatsApp services reflect the government’s commitment to improving accessibility, transparency, and efficiency in public service delivery through AI enabled and mobile first governance systems.
The government added that the initiative would provide examination related services in a faster, safer, and more transparent manner while reducing inconvenience for students and parents statewide.
