Couple Booked For Stealing Gold From Doctor’s House

Hyderabad, Nov 12 (Maxim News): A couple was taken into custody for allegedly stealing 48 tolas of gold ornaments from the house of their employer.

The couple – Dileep Gupta and his wife – work at the house of a well-known doctor who resides at MLA colony in Banjara Hills, Dileep, works at the doctor’s clinic as well. 

A few days ago, a theft of some articles took place at the clinic of the doctor and a complaint was lodged with the police.  On suspicion, the police took into custody Dileep who on interrogation revealed that he, along with his wife, had made away with 48 tolas of gold ornaments from the house of the doctor in previous instances.

The police then informed the doctor about it who then audited the jewelry and found indeed ornaments were stolen. The police registered a fresh case and took the couple into custody. The investigation is going on.  (Maxim News)
