Hyderabad, Nov 25 (Maxim News): Shailaja, a student of Wankidi Tribal Ashram School in Komaram Bheem Asifabad, died on Monday due to food poisoning and was being treated at NIMS for the past few days.

On October 30, 64 people fell ill due to food poisoning at the Wankidi Ashram School. Three of them were admitted to NIMS in Hyderabad as their condition was serious.
Two of them recovered and Shailaja’s condition worsened and they were put on a ventilator and given treatment. After receiving treatment for almost 20 days, she finally died.

Shailaja’s death caused tears in parents and relatives. However, due to the negligence of the government, Gurukula schools are deteriorating and students are dying, criticism is pouring in from all quarters. (Maxim News)
