“We are giving the same priority to the farmers as we are giving to the weavers.  I am eager to do something for the families who have blessed me.  I will repay your debt to me, who has taken me to heart.  I felt that the weavers should not have the reputation of cancelling government orders.  That is why we have decided to give two sarees to those in women’s organizations.  We are giving orders to weave 1.30 crore sarees to the state weavers.”

“After 1939, the caste census was not conducted again. The Congress government increased reservations for BCs by appointing the Mandal Commission.  Rahul Gandhi saw the hardships of the weaker sections during the Bharat Jodo Yatra. His ambition was to conduct a caste census and do justice to the BCs in proportion to the population. In this context, we have appointed one lakh enumerators and conducted a strict caste census in the state.

Those who do not like the caste census are spreading misinformation about the survey. No one is coming forward to prove where the mistake was made. BJP leaders fear that the knife of increasing BC reservations will be wrapped around Modi’s neck, said CM Revanth Reddy.  (Maxim News)
