Hyderabad, mar 24 (Maxim News): Group – 1 candidates have filed a petition in the High Court seeking a revaluation of the Group-1 examination papers conducted in Telangana.
The petitioners have brought to the court’s attention that the Group-1 evaluation was flawed. ‘Out of 18 subjects, the papers were graded by experts in only 12 subjects.
Even though the examination was conducted in 3 languages, they were ot graded by azppropriate experts. Telugu and English medium papers were evaluated by experts in the same medium. Due to this, the quality of the evaluation was lacking. Injustice was done to Telugu medium candidates, the petitioners said.
After hearing the arguments of the petitioners, the bench issued notices to the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TGPSC). It directed the TGPSC to file a counter-argument within four weeks. The court adjourned the further hearing on the petition for four weeks. (Maxim News)
