The petitioners have brought to the court’s attention that the Group-1 evaluation was flawed.  ‘Out of 18 subjects, the papers were graded by experts in only 12 subjects.

Even though the examination was conducted in 3 languages, they were ot graded by azppropriate experts.  Telugu and English medium papers were evaluated by experts in the same medium.  Due to this, the quality of the evaluation was lacking.  Injustice was done to Telugu medium candidates, the petitioners said.
