Air Force Station Bidar celebrates International Day of Yoga
Secunderabad: Recognising the immense power and importance of Yoga to reinvigorate immunity and fitness, the 11th International Day of Yoga (IDY) was celebrated at Air Force Station Bidar on 21 June 2025 with the theme ” Yoga for One Earth, One Health “.
The Yoga was conducted by adhering to the common protocols promulgated by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

More than three thousand IAF personnel and families of Air Force Station Bidar enthusiastically participated in the International Yoga Day to mark the event as a day to rejuvenate their physical and mental prowess. Group Captain Vivek Agrawal, Station Commander, Air Force Station Bidar, along and other senior functionaries, joined the session.
The event was also attended by Mrs Vaishali Lall, President AFFWA (L), along with Sanginis and children. The event covered basic Kriyas, followed by some Asanas, Pranayam and culminated with Sankalpa & prayer. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of Air Warriors and their families, coming together in a collective pursuit of health, harmony and holistic well-being.
