Bandi Sanjay’s Counter To Eatala On Kaleshwaram Project

Karimnagar/Hyderabad, June 22 (Maxim News): Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay responded to the comments made by Malkajgiri MP Eatala Rajender on the ambitious kaleshwaram project built by the BRS government. In that order, Bandi Sanjay indirectly countered Eatala Rajender.

Speaking at a press conference in Karimnagar on Sunday, said that his party’s stand is the same. He said that our stand will not change even if we are the party president or a Union Minister. If we are in the BJP, we should speak about the BJP’s stand but there will be nothing personal. The BRS party leader criticized KCR for having an ATM for the Kaleshwaram project. Bandi Sanjay said that we completely differ from Etala Rajender’s opinion on the kaleshwaram project. He said that we are not chameleons.

He said that if KCR had taken a decision in the cabinet, no one would believe it. He said that KCR’s cabinet meeting was all nonsense. On this occasion, Bandi Sanjay demanded that the state government request the Center to conduct an investigation with the CBI into the Kaleshwaram and phone tapping affairs.

Recently, Etala Rajender gave an interview to the media. On this occasion, he spoke positively about the construction of the kaleshwaram project, the BRS government, and issues related to KCR, BJP leaders brought these comments made by BJP MP Etala Rajender to the attention of the party’s state unit chief and Union Minister Kishan Reddy. Kishan Reddy responded to this. It seems that MP Etala Rajender was present in front of the Kaleshwaram project. it seems that he was clarified to them that he was not present as the BJP MP on this occasion. It is reported that Kishan Reddy explained to the party ranks that Eatala, who worked as a minister during the BRS government, also gave an explanation to the commission on this matter.

On the other hand, a few months before the 2013 Telangana Assembly elections, three pillars of the kaleshwaram project collapsed. This matter became a hot topic of discussion. However, the Congress party assured the people that if their party comes to power in this election, a judicial inquiry will be conducted by a retired Supreme Court Judge on this matter. In these elections, the Telangana voters gave the Congress party the title. With this, the Congress party under the leadership of Revanth Reddy reached its peak.

Later, the Justice PC Ghosh Commission was constituted by the Revanth Reddy government on the Kaleshwaram project built at a cost of lakhs of crores. On the other hand, the inquiry of this commission has already been almost completed. However, separate notices were issued to the then CM and BRS chief KCR, Finance Minister Etela Rajender, and Irrigation Minister Harish Rao asking them to appear before the inquiry. It is known that all of them appeared before this commission and gave their explanations.

After the commission’s inquiry, BJP MP Etala gave an interview to a media outlet and made comments in favor of the previous BRS government, which heated up politics in the BJP. In addition, there is a discussion going on in the party that there is group politics going on, like Union Minister Bandi Sanjay vs. Etala Rajender, Kishan Reddy vs. Raja Singh. (Maxim News)
