Chandrababu Naidu’s Emotional Tribute
AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, visibly moved by the actor’s demise, remembered Kota Srinivasa Rao as a towering personality who captivated audiences with his versatile roles—from menacing villains to endearing character portrayals.
“His death is a huge loss to the Telugu film industry. The roles he played across four decades are unforgettable. Apart from being a brilliant actor, he also served as a public representative, winning as MLA from Vijayawada in 1999,” Naidu stated in his tribute.

CM Revanth Reddy: ‘Kota Will Live Forever in Our Hearts’
Telangana CM Revanth Reddy also expressed his grief, stating:
“The demise of renowned actor Kota Srinivasa Rao has shocked us all. His contribution to Telugu cinema is irreplaceable. Though he is no longer with us, his diverse roles will continue to live on in the hearts of Telugu people.”
Revanth Reddy prayed for peace to the departed soul and extended condolences to the bereaved family.
