Raids At Popular Eateries In Hyderabad: Shocking Violations Found

Hyderabad, Sept 11 (Maxim News)Food safety officials conducted surprise inspections of prominent restaurants in Hyderabad. However, shocking things came to light during these raids. Officials conducted surprise inspections at Absolute Barbecues outlets. It was found that food safety norms were not being followed in the kitchens and store rooms of the Banjara Hills and Gachibowli outlets. Officials said that the kitchen surroundings were unhygienic with cockroaches and flies.

It was revealed that rotten fruits were being served at Absolute Barbeque in Inorbit Mall. It was revealed that expired food was being reheated and consumed at the medipally outlet. It was stated that rats were seen roaming in the store room of the AS Rao Nagar outlet. Officials said that the managers were storing food items on the floor itself.

The authorities have concluded that Absolute Barbecues outlets are negligent in terms of cleanliness and quality. In this context, the authorities have issued notices to the managers of Absolute  Barbecue. Samples have been collected and sent to the lab for tests. The authorities have warned that strict action will be taken if food safety regulations are not followed in the restaurants.
