MLA Sabitha Indra Reddy Donates One Month’s Salary to Matrudevobhav Orphanage

Hyderabad, Sept 13 (Maxim News): Former Minister and MLA P. Sabitha Indra Reddy has shown her generosity towards the unfortunate. She has come forward to donate one month’s salary as her contribution to the Matrudevobhav Orphanage in Nadergul, Badangpet Corporation, Maheshwaram constituency, which continues to serve the unfortunate. The MLA responded to the construction of her own building for the ashram and requested that her one month’s honorarium be declared as assistance. The ashram administrator, Gattu Giri, recently made an appeal through a video on social media.

Responding to this, Sabitha sent her son Kaushik Reddy to come and check out the situation there. In this regard, on Friday, he visited the ashram in Nadargul along with BRS Badangpet branch president Ramidi Ramreddy. On this occasion, he got to know the details of the unfortunate people there and the services provided by Giri to them. Later, he also inspected the construction work of his own building undertaken on the land purchased locally. Giri explained to him the cost of the building.

After inspecting the ashram and the construction of the building, Kaushik Reddy said that MLA Sabitha Reddy will always support the ashram. He said that keeping in mind the welfare of the unfortunate, the MLA will donate Rs. 2.30 lakhs as a donation as per Giri’s request. He said that his mother Sabitha Reddy will soon visit the ashram and hand over a cheque for the said amount. Speaking, Gattu Giri appealed to not only his local MLA but also MLAs, public representatives and generous hearts from other areas to respond and provide financial assistance for the construction of the building.
