Rs. 2 Crore Cash Seized From ADE Ambedkar’s Relative’s House
Hyderabad, Sept 16 (Maxim News): ACB officials are continuing their searches at the residence of Electricity Department ADE Ambedkar as well as at the houses of his relatives.
However, unaccounted money is being found at Ambedkar’s residence as well as at the houses of his relatives. Assets are also coming to light on a large scale. ACB officials have revealed that Rs. 2 crore cash has been seized from the house of Ambedkar’s relative. A huge amount of gold has also been seized. The officials are also calculating the value of this gold.
ACB officials were shocked to see Rs. 2 crore in cash. All were in Rs. 500 notes. There were one or two in Rs. 200 notes. The officials took the help of note counting machines to count this cash. There is a possibility that more assets will be found by the evening.
It is known that ACB officials are conducting searches at the house of ADE Ambedkar, a power department official, in the wake of allegations of having assets beyond his income. The officials were divided into 15 teams and conducted searches at the houses of ADE’s relatives and family members in various places in Gachibowli, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Medak and Nalgonda districts.
Huge assets are being revealed as part of the inspections. ACB DSP Anand revealed that an expensive building has been identified in Gachibowli. Similarly, it has been stated that Ambedkar purchased 10 acres of agricultural land in Penpahad, Suryapet district. He said that another agricultural field of a thousand yards has also been identified there. More details will be revealed after the searches on the properties of ADE Ambedkar, the Electricity Department, are completed, said ACB DSP Anand. (Maxim News)
